Have not received my refund on my debit card

I ordered a kit cat clock on February 15. Order #114059****465****. I returned it to you. A refund was issued on February 20. You received the clock on March 03. The refund has NOT been received or credited to my debit card. It was supposed to be within 7 days, it has been 4 weeks. Please advise, Thanks!

My clock keeps jumping back time

Would like a replacement shipped. The clock will not stay in time. It keeps loosing time. Would like the issue fixed as I have reached out more than once trying to fix the issue before my warranty was up.

No Customer service at all. They have a website and a telephone number listed on the box of each Kit Kat clock, but no one answers the phone or answers the emails.

I got 2 Kit Kat clocks for Christmas 2021. Within a couple of months they both stopped working. I called both telephone numbers listed on the box, the instructions on the outgoing message were to email the company to make arrangements for a replacement. I emailed them for over one and a half years, I left messages on every extension that was listed in the outgoing message in every department within the company hoping someone would have some consideration and return my call and replace my clocks. No one has returned my calls or emails. Obviously, No one works there, it's just a phone with an outgoing message that directs you to people that don't exist. The outgoing message that directs you to an email address that goes to no one!. These clocks were gifts to me, The Kit Kat clock has a special meaning to a memory in my childhood. I can't get my money back! I want 2 clocks that work!

User's recommendation: Don't buy over the internet. Buy one from a reputable clock store and keep your receipt so if yiu have aproblem in the future you can return it.

Clock malfunctioning

Tail and Eyes moving back and forth but clock not keeping time. Checked the website and followed the instructions on how to reset the clock(turning it clockwise etc) Now the clock works but the tail and eyes stopped working. Are the two functions connected somehow? Thank you for your kind assistance in this matter.

Looking for new quartz clock insert

Have NO complaints looking for a new quartz clock replacement. Need help in finding clock with at least a3 outside diameter and 2 3/4 inch insert. Prefer brass bezel and ornamental brass face with Roman numerals.

Overview I have asked the California Clock Company (Kit-Cat) and emailed the owner (Woody) asking to refund me the 9.99 shipping charge and the $15.14 shipping charge to send the damaged clock back to the company, I have been ignored in my request. The California Clock Company never sent me an invoice stated a shipping policy nor does their website state this policy and it was clear from the emails and a couple of phone calls that all cost would be refunded to me including my personal shipping cost for a broken clock. The clock cost $100.00 and was refunded however the $25.13 has not been refunded. Background I ordered a Kit-Cat clock from the California Clock Company (Kit-Cat) as a gift for my wife to open on Valentines Day. The clock was damaged in the box because of a poor choice in shipping from the owner of the California Clock Company. There was a very thin bubble wrap bag that was placed over the clocks box. One cover on the box looks like it was dropped in shipping and a side was bent out. Inside the box the clocks bow-tie was off and scratched the face on the kit-Cat clock. All this can be seen in the photos I took before contacting the company. There was also a problem with the clock not working correctly when batteries where added. I ordered the clock over the phone after a couple of emails back and forth with the companys Service Manager Jennifer. I sent her an email right after Valentines Day to let her know I needed to send the clock back for a replacement. She told me to ship it back to the company and they would replace it or refund my total payment. No replacement could be found and she asked me if I would like to get another clock from the companys website. I said no and to please just refund my total cost and asked how the return shipping of the broken clock would be handled. She then stated that the California Clock Company (Kit-Cat) has a policy not to cover shipping cost. This was news to me as she never stated this in any emails or phone calls I had with her. She went as far as saying that all cost would be refunded when talking to her before. I believe the owner is trying to cover his poor shipping that damaged the clock to begin with. The companys website (https://kit-cat.com/faqs/) doesnt even list this policy under their returns.
